Wedding & Engagement Photography

Below are my charges for wedding photography. Charges start from the beginning of the day (when I arrive and unpack) and end when I leave (at some point during the reception).

Downloading and editing of all images after the wedding

Temporary web gallery (at highest resolution for viewing and printing)
Travel within central Massachusetts (will travel outside of Massachusetts as well, please see below for details)

Below is a detail background regarding the above list:

Downloading and editing: Is what I do when I return from your wedding and transfer all of the images into my computer. I then use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to open each image and make necessary adjustments. Most commonly, I will adjust color and contrast, edit out skin blemishes or distracting elements, and crop slightly if that will help to strengthen the image. Images get saved as TIFF and large JPG files.

CD's: Are burned and labeled for all of your edited images (up to 900 images captured). I keep backup copies of all images, including the original RAW and edited files. If you ever damage or lose your CD's, just call me and I would be happy to make you new ones.

4x6 Proof Prints: Printed images will include up to 350 prints.

Album: You will receive one album to place your 4x6 proof prints in to your liking; I will provide you an option of four choices of albums to choose from prior to your wedding.

Wedding Memory Book: 11x8.5" Classic Landscape 25-page hard cover photo memory book printed on archival-quality silk 100 lb. paper. The paper used is acid and lignin-free so your wedding memory book will last for years.

Temporary Web Gallery: You will be able to retrieve your temporary web album within a professional portrait gallery http://karynsphotocreations.zenfolio.com. The gallery will be provided with a protected password, I usually keep the albums active for up to a year after your wedding. This gallery makes it easy to share photos with your family and friends, and if they want to order prints from it, they may do so. (You will have the set of CD’s with all of your images, but sometimes it’s easier to let family and friends place their own orders.)

8x10 and 5x7 print: You will recieve two 8x10 prints and two 5x7 prints; you can decide upon which ones you want for prints after you receive your proofs, or by viewing on line prior to proof delivery.

DVD Slideshow: Your slideshow will consist of all your photos from your wedding, with transitions and music to correspond, feel free to let me know your favorite music/songs, and I would be happy to place them in! :)

Initial meeting: When you decide to set up a time to sit down and talk about your wedding plans and photography needs, I am happy to schedule this at your convenience. I have my office in my home (Warren) and can either meet you there, or we can arrange a meeting someplace that is convenient for you. There is no obligation on your behalf to contract me, it is simply an opportunity to meet, get some questions answered, and see a few sample albums.

Deposits: A deposit of $100 (non refundable) will hold the date/contract for you, 75% of balance will be due 30-days prior to wedding, the remaining balance will be due when the CD’s and proof book are delivered to you. Delivery is usually one month after the wedding.

Promotional Images: From each wedding, I pick between 10 and 15 of my favorite images to add to my web galleries. These images may also be used in advertisements, business cards and brochures.

Additional charges:

Engagement Portraits: Session fee will be $100.00 which includes sitting fee and 4x6 prints of all poses.

Travel fees: Within central MA is free, weddings that involve more driving will incur a travel fee, usually between $50 and $150, depending on the distance covered.
